While often asymptomatic, and incidentally found, abnormally placed jugular bulbs can present with conductive hearing loss. The suspected mechanisms reported in literature are (1) contact between the jugular bulb and the tympanic membrane, (2) interference with the ossicular apparatus, or (3) impediment of the round window niche [1‐7]. …
