7. Die Implementierung der ICF in das Rehabilitationsmanagement – ein Fallbeispiel

Zusammenfassung

Die Erreichung und der Erhalt der optimalen Funktionsfähigkeit ist das übergeordnete Ziel in der Rehabilitation. ICF-basierte Dokumentations-Tools können zur Berücksichtigung der Funktionsfähigkeit in allen Phasen und Prozessen des strukturierten Rehabilitationsmanagements den zentralen Aspekt darstellen und somit einen umfassenden und interdisziplinären Rehabilitationsansatz stärken. Diese Tools können mit fachspezifischen Dokumentationsvorlagen der einzelnen Berufsgruppen kombiniert werden, wenn die ICF als Referenzkonzept verwendet wird. Neben dem Nutzen der Anwendung der ICF-basierten Dokumentations-Tools ergeben sich aber auch Herausforderungen an deren Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung. Um die Verwendung der ICF-basierten Dokumentations-Tools praktikabler zu machen, scheint eine Integration in elektronische Dokumentationssysteme sinnvoll. Es zeigte sich, dass die Reliabilität der Bewertung der Funktionsfähigkeit mit den ICF-Beurteilungsmerkmalen nur mäßig ist. Eine Operationalisierung der ICF-Beurteilungsmerkmale könnte durchgeführt werden, bedarf aber weiterer Entwicklungsarbeit. Die Entwicklung von sogenannten ICF-Intervallskalen oder die Zuordnung von klinischen Instrumenten zu ICF-Kategorien könnte hier zu einer Verbesserung führen.
