A 29-year-old man developed dry mouth and constipation following treatment with glycopyrrolate [Robinul; route not stated]. He was diagnosed with primary generalised hyperhidrosis and hot flushes. He was started on treatment with oral glycopyrrolate 2mg twice daily for three months. Subsequently, he experienced anticholinergic side effects included constipation and hot flushes [duration of treatment to reaction onset and outcome not stated].
