A 67-year-old man with plaque psoriasis received hydroxyzine 10mg [route, frequency and duration of treatment not stated]. Fever developed the next day, and multiple itchy discrete pustules appeared on his trunk, back and extremities. Diffuse erythema was observed on his neck, limbs, trunk and axillae. Hydroxyzine was withdrawn, and the pustulosis resolved within 3 days. Clinical and biopsy findings supported a diagnosis of acute generalised exanthematous pustulosis due to hydroxyzine. …
