19. Idiopathische rezidivierende Aborte

Zusammenfassung

Der Spontanabort ist die häufigste Komplikation der Frühschwangerschaft. Er wird meist durch zytogenetische Anomalien verursacht. Das Risiko eines Spontanaborts ist vor allem vom mütterlichen Alter abhängig. Idiopathische rezidivierende Spontanaborte (iRSA) werden diagnostiziert, wenn die Ursachen für rezidivierende Spontanaborte (RSA) unbekannt sind. Es kann derzeit keine Empfehlung für eine Standardtherapie bei iRSA ausgesprochen werden.
