Zystische osteochondrale Läsion der tibialen Gelenkfläche

Zusammenfassung

Osteochondrale Läsionen des Tibiaplateaus sind sehr selten. Bei symptomatischen osteochondralen Läsionen mit intakter Knorpeloberfläche sind die Ergebnisse der alleinigen retrograden Anbohrung beim Erwachsenen nicht zufriedenstellend. Die retrograde Umkehrplastik eines lokalen autologen Knochenzylinders mit Débridement zeigt am Talus gute Ergebnisse. Die analoge Anwendung am lateralen Tibiaplateau zeigte in einem Fall ein sehr gutes Ausheilungsergebnis. Die retrograde Umkehrplastik ist ein einfach anwendbares, minimal-invasives Verfahren zur Behandlung zystischer osteochondraler Läsionen ohne zusätzliche Entnahmemorbidität.
