A 33-year-old man developed dyskinesia during treatment with levodopa for early-onset Parkinson's disease. The man experienced gait and postural balance disturbances at 30 years of age. Over the subsequent 3 years, his symptoms progressed, and he was diagnosed with early-onset Parkinson's disease resulting from pla2g6 gene mutation. Thereafter, he started receiving multiple anti-Parkinsonian medications, including levodopa 300 mg/day [route not stated].
