Biomedical researchers from developing countries who have been trained for a reasonable time in developed countries may decide to work in their own countries for different social, financial or scientific reasons. They will directly realise the huge task ahead if they want to pursue their research career. The problems that hinder biomedical and health care research in developing countries are complex, interrelated and often poorly understood. These include lack of research education and training for health professionals, lack of appreciation for the value of health care research as an important tool for progress, shortage of funding and research resources, special bioethical standards and concerns, limited access to health informatics and individualism and inability to work within groups [
