To the Editor: The Lupus anticoagulant-Hypoprothrombinemia (LA-HPS) is a rare association with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) [1, 2]. Less than 100 cases have been reported in the literature [1]. Around 50% of patients can present with bleeding that can range from minor hemorrhage like epistaxis to severe bleeding like gastrointestinal, muscular and intracranial bleeding specially if Factor II level is very low (less than 10%) [3]. …
