Excerpt

Since its first use as a radiolabeled tracer for in vivo detection of platelet activation in an animal model of acute thrombosis in 1994,1 annexin V (Anx) generated a large body of literature. Because of its specific binding to phosphatidylserines (PS) externalized upon platelet activation and apoptosis, most of the work accomplished with radiolabeled Anx pertains to two domains: thrombus and programmed cell death. The latter is out of the scope of this review but contributed a lot to the improvement of Anx labeling with standardized procedures suitable for human utilization.2

Screening-Mammografie offenbart erhöhtes Herz-Kreislauf-Risiko

26.04.2024 Mammografie Nachrichten
