„State of the art“ operativer Behandlungsverfahren

Zusammenfassung

Die operative Behandlung der oberen Extremität des zerebralparetischen Patienten hat trotz der verschiedenen konservativen Behandlungsmöglichkeiten einen festen Platz im interdisziplinären Behandlungskonzept. Sie bleibt im Vergleich zur unteren Extremität selektiv, das Indikationsspektrum ist schmäler. Die Analyse der individuellen funktionellen und/oder kosmetischen Beeinträchtigung erfordert ein differenziertes Behandlungskonzept. Im operativen Repertoire stehen vorwiegend Weichteiloperationen im Vordergrund, meistens in Form von Multileveleingriffen. Durch eine detaillierte präoperative Evaluation, eine differenzierte operative Technik und eine langjährige operative Erfahrung können sehr gute kosmetische (97,6%) und gute funktionelle (68,4%) Ergebnisse erzielt werden.
