In May 2012, a 53-year-old man presented with a 2-year history of worsening persecutory ideations and tremor, which had initially involved his right left evolving to involve his right hand. He started receiving olanzapine and citalopram [dosage and route of administration not stated]. However, olanzapine worsened his tremor with little effect on his psychosis [duration of therapy to reaction onset not stated]. In July, he was hospitalised with a diagnosis of atypical Parkinsonism. He was subsequently discharged on levodopa/benserazide and quetiapine 25mg [frequency and route of administration not stated]. Initially, his delusion slightly improved. However, he reported worsening of his gait and tremor [duration of therapy to reaction onset not stated]. He then received clozapine and his Parkinsonian symptoms stabilised. …
