* life-threatening
* hospitalisation
* disability
* congenital anomaly
* requires intervention to prevent permanent impairment or damage

The 18 patients in the study were receiving telaprevir 750mg every 8 hours or 750mg twice daily, ribavirin 5.8–13.2 mg/kg twice daily and peginterferon-α-2b 1.1–1.8 μg/kg once a week.
