In a retrospective chart review of 231 patients between 5 March 2011 to 31 July 2016, a patient [age and sex not stated] was described, who developed isolated sinus bradycardia during treatment with physostigmine for symptoms suggestive of anticholinergic toxidrome [route, dosage, duration of treatment to reaction onset and outcome not stated]. The patient, who had an unspecified symptom suggestive of anticholinergic toxidrome, started receiving treatment with physostigmine. The patient's concomitant medication included metoprolol for hypertension. Subsequently, the patient developed isolated sinus bradycardia, which was considered as a side effect of physostigmine. …
