Three paediatric patients [ages and sexes not stated] with acute myeloid leukaemia or recurrent acute leukaemias, who were part of a study, developed exanthema during treatment with voriconazole (2 patients) or posaconazole (1 patient) for primary antifungal prophylaxis [durations of treatments to reaction onsets not stated]. The planned dosages for the study were oral voriconazole 200mg twice daily or oral posaconazole 200mg three times daily [actual dosages received by patients not clearly stated]. Voriconazole was replaced by posaconazole or amphotericin B and posaconazole was replaced by voriconazole. [Patient outcomes not stated.] …
