A 36-year-old woman, who had a history of angioedema, hypereosinophila and leukocytoclastic vasculitis, was diagnosed with probable Loeffler syndrome and started receiving prednisone 1 mg/kg/day [route of administration not stated]. She developed psychiatric side effects and her dose was rapidly decreased and then discontinued [duration of treatment to reaction onset not stated]. Two years later, she was re-hospitalised and diagnosed with Churg-Strauss syndrome. She received methylprednisolone without recurrence of any corticosteroid-related psychosis. …
