Schilddrüsenfunktionsstörungen kommen häufig vor und können zu Fehlfunktionen vieler Organsysteme führen. Bei schwangeren Frauen können sie die fetale Entwicklung beeinflussen und das Risiko für maternale und fetale Schwangerschaftskomplikationen erhöhen. Zwar wird ein generelles Screening von Schwangeren nicht empfohlen, dennoch sollten die entsprechenden Parameter im Auge behalten werden. …
