Myocardial blood flow (MBF) quantification with positron emission tomography (PET) has emerged as a clinically robust method for both cardiovascular risk stratification and to assess for the presence of flow-limiting coronary artery disease (CAD) and coronary microvascular disease.1-3 However, application of this technology to large populations has been limited by cost of both the PET system and positron-emitting radiotracers, requiring either an onsite cyclotron or monthly purchase of an expensive generator. …
