In an observational, descriptive, cross-sectional study of 24 patients, two patients [ages and sexes not stated] were described who developed diarrhoea or elevated liver enzyme while receiving teriflunomide [dosages and routes not stated]. The patients, with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis, were started on teriflunomide. One patient developed diarrhoea and another one developed elevated liver enzyme at three times the upper limit of normal. Teriflunomide was discontinued in both patients [durations of treatments to reaction onset and outcomes not stated]. …
