Jejunostomy tubes can provide access for enteral nutritional support in patients who are ineligible for percutaneous gastrostomy, including those with a history of prior gastric surgery or a stomach in an unfavorable position. Although percutaneous jejunostomy has demonstrated a superior safety profile compared to surgically placed jejunostomy tubes, it can be technically challenging due to the mobility of the jejunum and difficulty maintaining adequate distension of the target bowel loop [
