Abstract

Cardiac CT is increasingly being utilized as an essential component of the work-up for transcatheter valve replacement. The article reviews the most contemporary published literature on the strengths of cardiac CT for predicting and minimizing adverse procedural outcomes, including aortic annular rupture, paravalvular leak, conduction disturbance, and coronary obstruction.
