Colorectal cancer is the third most common malignancy in the USA and has the second highest mortality rate after lung cancer [

2]. Liver metastases affect up to 60% of patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer. Adequate control of liver metastases is challenging, as only 25% of patients have surgically resectable disease at presentation. Ablative therapies in conjunction with systemic chemotherapy have been shown to improve survival in patients with unresectable colorectal liver metastases [
