Zusammenfassung

Die Gonarthrose stellt im klinischen Alltag eine der bedeutendsten degenerativen Gelenkerkrankungen dar. Die Arthrosetherapie richtet sich dabei nicht nur nach den Stadien, dem Beschwerdebild und der Dauer der Gelenkerkrankung, sondern ist auch abhängig vom vorliegenden Arthrosemuster. So sind arthrosetypische Schäden im Falle unikompartimenteller Arthrosen isoliert nur auf ein Gelenkkompartiment beschränkt. Sowohl die konservative als auch die operative Therapie unikompartimenteller Gonarthrosen unterliegt dabei den individuellen Besonderheiten der jeweiligen Arthroseformen. Im Rahmen dieses Manuskripts werden die Genese, die Diagnostik und die leitliniengerechte, stadienadaptierte konservative und operative Therapie unikompartimenteller Arthrosen erläutert.
