Knee dislocations are rare, limb-threatening injuries, comprising approximately 0.02% of orthopedic injuries [
9]. Commonly associated with complex multiligamentous knee injuries (MLKIs) requiring reconstruction, the literature varies considerably regarding surgical management [

10]. Incidence of pediatric knee dislocations is currently unknown as few prior reports exist. As such, appropriate surgical management of pediatric MLKIs is not well established.
