Die Relevanz einer Tierhaltung für das Auftreten von Allergien wird oft diskutiert. Auf Basis der aktuellen Sk3-Leitlinie und den Ergebnsissen einer Metaanalyse wird eine Hilfestellung bezüglich der Tierhaltung für Familien mit erhöhtem Allergierisiko formuliert.
