Apraxie — Neurowissenschaft und Klinik

Zusammenfassung

Apraktische Phänomene finden sich bei verschiedenen neurologischen Erkrankungen. Bei der gliedkinetischen Apraxie sind feine präzise isolierte und unabhängige Bewegungen, wie etwa eine geschickte Griffbildung, beeinträchtigt, ohne dass dies durch eine Lähmung erklärbar ist. Ein Kerndefizit der ideomotorischen Apraxie könnten defizitäre Repräsentationen für komplexe Bewegungen sein, d. h. eine gestörte Repräsentation der Kombination von Positionen von Körperteilen und ihren Veränderungen in Bezug auf sich selbst und Objekte. Diese sind besonders notwendig, wenn eine Bewegung außerhalb ihres typischen Kontextes erfolgen soll. Die ideatorische Apraxie könnte durch ein semantisches Defizit mit Bezug auf eine Aktion definiert sein. Die frontale Apraxie zeichnet sich durch ein Aktionssequenzierungsdefizit aus. Ein differenziertes Modell über praxierelevante Prozesse wird vorgestellt.
