Complications in Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery is a new textbook edited by Brian Brazzo, M.D. with 24 contributing authors. Many of the contributors are experienced and recognized surgeons in the field of ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery. This book contains 16 chapters divided into three major sections; Cosmetic Surgery, Ptosis, and Lower Eyelid Malposition. The majority of the chapters are divided into subsections highlighting evaluation, technique and complications. The chapters are relatively brief and are almost equally weighted between technique and complications. The text is supported with (primarily) color pictures and black and white drawings. …
