Zusammenfassung

Eine augenscheinlich gesunde junge Frau erwartet ihr erstes Kind. Zunächst verläuft die Schwangerschaft regelrecht. Zu Beginn des dritten Trimenons fällt bei der Schwangeren eine erhöhte Nüchternglukose auf und das Kind wächst nicht regelrecht. Führt der milde Diabetes bei Mutter und Großmutter auf die richtige Spur?
