Zusammenfassung

Der Teil 2 dieser Empfehlungen befasst sich mit den Aspekten des Lebensstils, die eine besondere Bedeutung für die Prävention von kardiovaskulären Erkrankungen haben: Rauchen, körperliche Aktivität, Ernährung und das mit Ernährung und körperlicher Aktivität in engem Zusammenhang stehende Übergewicht. Hier liegt ein besonders großes Potenzial zur nichtmedikamentösen Verbesserung des Gesundheitszustands der Bevölkerung.

Die Therapie von Echinokokkosen sollte immer in spezialisierten Zentren erfolgen. Eine symptomlose Echinokokkose kann – egal ob von Hunde- oder Fuchsbandwurm ausgelöst – konservativ erfolgen. Wenn eine Op. nötig ist, kann es sinnvoll sein, vorher Zysten zu leeren und zu desinfizieren.
