Seit die Anti-NMDA-R-Enzephalitis vor über zehn Jahren entdeckt wurde, kamen viele weitere antineuronale Autoantikörper hinzu, und das Ende der Entwicklung scheint nicht absehbar zu sein. Dieser Beitrag behandelt vor allem die Differenzialdiagnostik Autoantikörper-assoziierter Autoimmunenzephalitiden bei schizophreniformen Erkrankungen. …
