1A 32-year-old woman developed euprolactinemic galactorrhoea during therapy with escitalopram. She had a history of depression and she received escitalopram 10 mg/day for 4 months [
route not stated]. She presented with a-month history of galactorrhoea from both breasts [
duration of therapy to reaction onset not stated]. A cytological examination of secretion from the breasts showed no insammation and secretion was not consistent with cyst suid. The galactorrhoea was thought to be due to escitalopram. Consequently, her escitalopram therapy was discontinued. Four days following escitalopram withdrawal, her galactorrhoea resolved. …
