16. Funktionelle Anatomie und Grundmuster reaktiver Lymphknotenveränderungen

Zusammenfassung

Die Besprechung der Lymphknotenpathologie erfolgt an Hand einer auf embryonalen und neuen immunologischen Befunden basierenden Darstellung der Histophysiologie der Lymphknoten und der daran beteiligten Zellen. Verschiedene Gewebseinschlüsse und -heterotopien werden dargestellt. Die reaktiven Veränderungen, ihre Definition, Struktur und Zytologie sowie die gewebliche Zuordnung zu den funktionellen Kompartimenten des Lymphknotens, der Follikelregion, der Marginalzone, der parakortikalen Pulpa, den Rand- und medullären Sinus, sowie den Zellen des histiozytären Systems stellen den wesentlichen Inhalt dieses Kapitels dar. Es folgt eine Besprechung des häufigen Befunds einer „Lymphadenitis ohne erkennbare Spezifität“, der Lymphknoten im Abflussgebiet von Tumoren und der Lymphknotentotalnekrose.
