10. Gedächtnisstörungen bei zerebrovaskulären Erkrankungen

Zusammenfassung

Schwere amnestische Syndrome sind Folge bilateraler mittelliniennaher Läsionen des limbischen Systems und damit verbundener Strukturen. Leichte kognitive Beeinträchtigungen, so auch des Gedächtnisses, finden sich bei vielen zerebrovaskulären Erkrankungen. Klinische Bedeutung haben Gedächtnisstörungen vor allem nach zerebraler Hypoxie, nach Subarachnoidalblutungen mit Ischämie frontobasaler kortikaler Areale oder Einblutung dort sowie nach bilateralen Thalamusinfarkten.
