Skin malignancies are routinely seen in the outpatient department of plastic surgery. It is well known that patients with albinism are more susceptible to skin malignancies. However, syndromes associated with albinism are not a piece of common knowledge. Among disorders where albinism is part of a more extensive syndrome are Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome, Chediak-Higashi syndrome, Griscelli syndrome, and Waardenburg syndrome type II [
