17. Infektiöse Lymphadenitis

Zusammenfassung

Das große Gebiet der Erreger-bedingten Lymphknotenveränderungen und der Erreger-typischen Befunde und ihre Differenzialdiagnose ist in diesem Kapitel mit ausführlicher Darstellung charakteristischer histopathologischer und immunhistologischer Befunde dargestellt. Es wird der Versuch einer weitgehend vollständigen Erfassung der verschiedenen Erregertypen unternommen, soweit charkteristische Läsionen bekannt sind. Auch seltene virale und mykotische Infektionen werden behandelt. Soweit die Erreger selbst nicht in der Läsion morphologisch oder immunhistologisch erfasst werden können, gründet sich die pathologische Begutachtung und pathogenetische Zuordnung auf der exakten Definition der unterschiedlichen Reaktionsmuster und ihrer zytologischen Komposition sowie bestimmter klinischer Befunde (Alter, Geschlecht, Lokalisation, ethnische Zugehörigkeit, Beruf, Reisen und Exposition).
