Unikondyläre Prothese und vordere Kreuzbandplastik

Zusammenfassung

Bei Patienten mit Varusgonarthrose und einer anterioren Instabilität des Kniegelenks besteht die Möglichkeit einer vorderen Kreuzbandplastik in Kombination mit einer medialen unikondylären Prothese. Bisher stehen vorrangig retrospektive Ergebnisse zu Verfügung, die eine signifikante Verbesserung im Knee-Society-Score (KSS) und Tegner-Aktivitäts-Score zeigen. Die postoperative vordere Instabilität reduziert sich durchschnittlich auf ≤5 mm. Dieser Eingriff empfiehlt sich eher bei jüngeren Patienten, um die normale Kniekinematik zu erhalten. Des Weiteren ist dieses Verfahren geeignet, wenn eine primäre intraartikuläre Deformität besteht, die mit einer hohen tibialen Korrekturosteotomie nicht therapierbar wäre.
