Zusammenfassung

Das Altern hat Einfluss auf die humane Haut und eine zunehmende Bedeutung bezüglich medizinischer, sozialer und ästhetischer Fragestellungen. Die Erfassung intrinsischer und extrinsischer Komponenten der Hautalterung erfordert verlässliche Messmethoden. Moderne Verfahren, z. B. basierend auf der direkten Abbildung, auf Spektroskopie oder hautphysiologischen Messungen, liefern ein breites Spektrum an Parametern für unterschiedliche Applikationen.
