Ein 54-jähriger bis vor kurzem in führender Position tätiger Manager bemerkt seit einigen Monaten ein Zittern der Hände, Gangunsicherheit und eine Sprachstörung mit Wortfindungsstörungen sowie eine Appetitminderung mit einem Gewichtsverlust von 10 kg. Aufgefallen seien diese Beschwerden im zeitlichen Zusammenhang mit der Nicht-Verlängerung seines Arbeitsvertrages. Eine bereits durchgeführte internistische Untersuchung hatte einschließlich der Laboruntersuchungen mit unauffälligen Blutbild, Leber-, Nieren- und Schilddrüsenwerten sowie normalen Vitamin B12- und Folsäurespiegeln keine Krankheitsursache erbracht. …
