30. Lymphoproliferative Erkrankungen der Mundhöhle und des Waldeyer Rachenrings

Zusammenfassung

Mundhöhle und Waldeyer’scher Rachenring enthalten konstitutionelles peripheries lymphatisches Gewebe, das sich teils synonym zu dem des Gastrointestinaltrakts verhält, aber andererseits auch eine eigene Signatur und Prävalenz für lymphatische Neoplasien aufweist. Das vorliegende Kapitel trägt dem Rechnung und behandelt auch infektiöse Erkrankungen wie die Mononukleose (akute EBV Infektion) und ihre Differenzialdiagnosen, wie die orofazialen Granulomatosen an dieser Grenzzone und Eintrittspforte.
