Auf einen Blick

Trend Im Jahr 2022 wurden 46 neue Arzneimittel in Deutschland auf den Markt gebracht und damit deutlich mehr als im Vorjahr (38 Arzneimittel). Die Neueinführungen im Indikationsbereich hämatologische Neoplasien und solide Tumoren haben stark zugenommen (von 10 auf 18 Arzneimittel). Ein Fokus der Arzneimittelzulassungen liegt nach wie vor bei den monoklonalen Antikörpern und Proteinkinase-Inhibitoren. Exemplarisch werden von den neu zugelassenen Arzneimitteln Sacituzumab Govitecan (triple-negativer Brustkrebs), Setmelanotid (seltene genetische Formen der Adipositas), Efgartigimod (Myasthenia gravis) und Vosoritid (Achondroplasie) genauer vorgestellt.

Bewertung Im Rahmen der frühen Nutzenbewertung durch den Gemeinsamen Bundesausschuss konnte für nur weniger als 50 % der Arzneimittel (21 von 46) ein Zusatznutzen festgestellt werden. Der Zusatznutzen von Eravacyclin (komplizierte bakteriell verursachte intraabdominale Infektionen) ist belegt. Ein erheblicher Zusatznutzen wurde für das Antikörper-Zytostatika-Konjugat Sacituzumab Govitecan (triple-negativer Brustkrebs) festgestellt. Ein beträchtlicher Zusatznutzen wurde festgestellt für Enfortumab Vedotin (metastasiertes Urothelkarzinom), Ripretinib (gastrointestinale Stromatumoren), Tebentafusp (metastasiertes uveales Melanom), Trastuzumab-Deruxtecan (HER2-positiver Brustkrebs), Nirmatrelvir (COVID-19), Efgartigimod (Myasthenia gravis), Abrocitinib (atopische Dermatitis) sowie Relugolix (Uterusmyome).
