Zusammenfassung

In der Deszensuschirurgie ist die Sakropexie eine klassische und -bewährte Operationsmethode. Die laparoskopische Pektopexie ist ein neues Verfahren zur Fixierung des Beckenbodens, das als Alternative vor allem für adipöse oder voroperierte Patientinnen entwickelt wurde — nachfolgend eine Bilanz nach mehrjährigem Einsatz im Hinblick auf Dauer des Eingriffs, Erfolgs- und Komplikationsrate.
