Pityriasis rubra pilaris

Zusammenfassung

Die Pityriasis rubra pilaris ist eine entzündliche papulosquamöse Dermatose unbekannter Ätiologie. Die Inzidenzrate liegt zwischen 1:5000–1:50.000. Klinisch werden 6 Subtypen unterschieden. Die günstigste Prognose hat die juvenile zirkumskripte Form. Die generalisierten Varianten beeinträchtigen die Lebensqualität erheblich und gehen mit verschiedenen Komplikationen und Komorbiditäten einher. Die Therapie ist schwierig. Neben Retinoiden als Therapie der ersten Wahl sind für die therapierefraktären Verläufe auch wiederholt Tumornekrosefaktor-α-Inhibitoren erfolgreich eingesetzt worden.
