Kniegelenkinfektion nach Rekonstruktion des vorderen Kreuzbands

Zusammenfassung

Infektionen nach vorderer Kreuzbandrekonstruktion stellen eine schwerwiegende postoperative Komplikation dar. Entscheidend sind Präventionsmaßnahmen wie aseptische Operationstechniken, systemische i.v. Antibiotikaprophylaxe und topische Vancomycinapplikation intraoperativ. Zur Behandlung einer Infektion ist die frühzeitige Diagnosestellung durch Symptome wie Schmerzen und eingeschränkte Beweglichkeit von größter Bedeutung. Erforderlich ist eine Kombination aus operativer Infektsanierung und antiinfektiver Therapie. Bei Infektionsstadien I–III (Einteilung nach Gächter) ist die arthroskopische Therapie geeignet, während im Stadium IV oder bei Persistenz der Infektion ein offenes Vorgehen erwogen werden sollte.
