A 27-year-old lady referred due to abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting following ingestion of almost 500 grams of a white powder mixed with water 2 h earlier to attempt suicide. Vital signs were normal, and there was no complaint of burning sensation or pain in mouth or gastrointestinal (GI) system. Mouth exam showed remaining of a white material similar to toothpaste. Physical examination was otherwise normal except for a slightly distended abdomen and epigastric tenderness. Laboratory tests including drug screening tests were normal. …
