Eine 34-jährige Yoga-Lehrerin, die als Mutter von zwei Kindern teilzeitmäßig in einer Hebammenpraxis arbeitet, erkrankte vor 16 Monaten mit links okzipitalen Nacken- und Kopfschmerzen und einer über zwei Wochen langsam zunehmenden Sprachstörung mit motorischer Aphasie und phonematischen Paraphrasien. In den vorausgegangenen drei bis vier Jahren war es wiederholt zu Sehstörungen mit Flimmern und Funkensprühen gekommen. Eine kernspintomografische Untersuchung hatte damals eine Raumforderung links temporo-parietal ( Abb. 1 ) mit deutlicher Kontrastmittelaufnahme und Begleitödem ergeben. …
