A 44-year-old woman developed psoriasis of the scalp after receiving rituximab. The woman had a history of rheumatoid arthritis. In May 2012, she received two infusions of rituximab 1000mg 2 weeks apart. She improved substantially; however, 5 months after the first administration, she developed a psoriatic plaque on her scalp. She had no other skin lesions, and she was diagnosed with psoriasis. Three months later, the psoriatic lesion was stable, without progression or appearance of new plaques.
