Spezifischer Kreuzschmerz – die erste Leitlinie

Zusammenfassung

Ende 2017 gab die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Orthopädie und Orthopädische Chirurgie die S2k-Leitlinie „Spezifischer Kreuzschmerz“ heraus. Diese Leitlinie soll eine rasche diagnostische Zuordnung möglicher Ursachen von Kreuzschmerzen erleichtern und entsprechende Empfehlungen für weiterführende Therapiemöglichkeiten geben. In diesem Beitrag wird die Leitlinie zusammengefasst.
