Sinnvolle Indikationen zur Hüftarthroskopie

Zusammenfassung

Die Arthroskopie des Hüftgelenks hat sich in den vergangenen Jahren über ihre überlegene diagnostische Bedeutung hinaus als minimalinvasives Operationsverfahren für eine Vielzahl von Verletzungen und Erkrankungen des Hüftgelenks bewährt. Die Indikationen reichen von der Diagnosefindung bei unklaren Hüftbeschwerden über klassische entfernende und resezierende Operationstechniken wie bei freien Körpern und Rupturen des Lig. capitis femoris bis hin zu rekonstruierenden Verfahren wie zur Konturierung des Femurkopf-Schenkelhals-Übergangs, Knorpelabrasionsarthroplastik, Mikrofrakturierung und Labrumrefixation. Der vorliegende Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über sinnvolle Indikationen zur Arthroskopie des Hüftgelenks unter Berücksichtigung anatomischer und operationstechnischer Aspekte.
