A 12-year-old male with chronic granulomatous disease (CGD) was evaluated at the pediatric gastroenterology clinic for diarrhea and bloody stools. He had been diagnosed with CGD in his infancy, when he was initially evaluated for a retroauricular suppurative granuloma.
