The written radiology or nuclear medicine report serves as the cornerstone of diagnostic communication, encompassing image interpretation for educational, research, legal, and billing purposes. The adoption of structured reporting can enhance patient management, subsequently impacting their quality of life and prognosis. In the context of prostate cancer patients, various efforts have been undertaken to establish standardized imaging interpretation criteria. Different tools have been utilized, including the European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM) criteria, Prostate Cancer Molecular Imaging Standardized Evaluation (PROMISE), E-PSMA, Pro-PET, and PRIMARY Score.
